Not suitable for me
I started taking just 1 capsule after meals, as I am cautious with new medications. Within 3-4 days, I experienced sharp, burning pain in my stomach, which persisted after each use. Over a week, it developed into constant burning pain. I never took the recommended 6 per day, so I stopped and the pain subsided within a week. This product is not for my stomach.
